Why should I purchase from Leeds Wear rather than other vendors?

I saw a product when you were selling on campus, but it's not on the website. Why not?
When product inventory falls below a certain level, we remove those items from our website. This prevents us from promising out-of-stock items that we are unable to deliver. We want to provide you with the best possible service through our website, and that means delivering your purchases as promised.

When will I receive my order?
We work hard to ship your products within 3-5 business days of your online order. We will do our best to inform you of potential delays. You can track the progress of your shipment by logging into your account.

May I ship to international locations?
We usually do not ship internationally. However, if you would like us to ship your order outside the United States, please email us at sales@leedswear.com and we will work with you to see that your order is shipped.

What if I have special handling instructions?
Feel free to utilize the "Comments" box upon checkout to make any special shipping requests or ask any questions. You may also e-mail us at sales@leedswear.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

What is Leeds Wear's return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges page. Please note that LeedsWear requires you to pay any additional shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging a product ordered online.
